SLEFI celebrated 20 years of success with an evening reception on April 18th. The event took place at the Atrium at Ameren and was attended by investor partners, developer partners, local and state government officials, and many others involved with the Equity Fund. The attendees enjoyed remarks from Senator Kit Bond, County Executive Charlie Dooley and President of the Board of Alderman Lewis Reed. Reaching such a significant milestone is a great achievement and SLEFI looks forward to continuing to be a leader in the affordable housing industry.
